1. Can I return my order?
You may initiate the return process at any point within 30 days of pickup or package receival. Please start the process by contacting us at info@redriverhaven.com with details why are you returning the product and your order number. We may also assist you with arranging a return pick-up.
2. What if my order arrives damaged?
In the very unlikely case that the package arrives in damaged packaging or that the items themselves are damaged, please make note of it when signing for delivery. Then contact us within 24 hours at info@redriverhaven.com with pictures, your order number and explanation of what's wrong - we'll make sure to remedy the situation.
3. How long for my order to arrive?
It takes 0-1 business days for dispatch and 7-10 business days for transit. Order cutoff is at 12pm CST.
