Return Process
Would you like to return the order? We understand and we're here for you. You may initiate the return process at any point within 30 days of pickup or package receival. Please start the process by contacting us at info@redriverhaven.com. with details why are you returning the product and your order number. We may also assist you with arranging a return pick-up.
Please do not return the items without contacting us first. Also keep in mind that we require that the returned products are unused, with tags still attached and also they are returned in the original packaging.
You pay for return shipping, unless you are returning an item due to an error on our part - in which case we will bear the costs.
Refund Process
Once we've received your return, we will inspect it to determine if it meets the return conditions. If we accept the return, we will notify you via email and then it will takes us 2 business days to process the return and refund you.
Cancellations
Cancellations must occur before the order is dispatched, which is within 24 hours of ordering. So it's best to cancel as soon as possible. Please reach out to info@redriverhaven.com with your order number.
Cancellations are not possible for personalized items.
Exchanges
Lucky you, we are accepting exchanges. If you want to exchange the item, please contact our support team.
Damaged Items
In the very unlikely case that the package arrives in damaged packaging or that the items themselves are damaged, please make note of it when signing for delivery. Then contact us within 24 hours at info@redriverhaven.com with pictures, your order number and explanation of what's wrong - we'll make sure to remedy the situation.
