Shipping Process
After you place your order, be on a lookout for a confirmation email. That also means that your order has been placed inside our system for dispatch. Orders placed before 12pm CST are dispatched on the same day, orders placed after this deadline or on weekends/public holidays are dispatched on the next day.
After that, please allow for additional 7-10 business days for transit (exact amount depends on your location). When we dispatch the order, we will also send you your order tracking information.
Cancellations
Cancellations must occur before the order is dispatched, which is within 24 hours of ordering - so it's best to cancel as soon as possible. Please reach out to info@redriverhaven.com with your order number.
Cancellations are not possible for personalized items.
Damaged Items
In the very unlikely case that the package arrives in damaged packaging or that the items themselves are damaged, please make note of it when signing for delivery. Then contact us within 24 hours at info@redriverhaven.com with pictures, your order number and explanation of what's wrong - we'll make sure to remedy the situation.
Delayed Orders
It is possible that the order sometimes gets delayed due to reasons beyond RedRiver Haven's control. Most delays are minimal - we ask that you wait 3 additional business days on top of the maximum delivery period. If your order is still missing by then, please contact us at info@redriverhaven.com and we will investigate its whereabouts.
