Order Processing & Cut-off
Orders placed before 4:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) are processed with our manufacturing partners the same business day. Orders received after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing the following business day. Our handling time is typically 1–3 business days as we coordinate with the specialized freight carriers required for high-end wellness equipment.
Shipping Costs
At RedRiver Haven, we believe premium wellness should be accessible regardless of where you live. We are proud to offer Free Standard & White-Glove Shipping to all 50 U.S. States, including Alaska and Hawaii. While most retailers charge significant surcharges for delivery outside the contiguous U.S., we cover these costs entirely to ensure a transparent, fixed-price experience for our customers.
Delivery Method (LTL Freight)
All Infinity and Kyota massage chairs ship via an insured freight carrier, delivery times vary by the service level selected at checkout:
- Standard Curbside Delivery (FREE): 8-13 Business Days. (Includes delivery to the curb at the end of your driveway).
- Threshold Delivery (FREE): 8-13 Business Days.
(Includes delivery to the first dry area, such as a garage or front door). - White Glove Delivery (FREE): 13-20 Business Days.
(Includes in-home placement, assembly, and debris removal. This method requires additional time for local technician scheduling).
All timelines include a 1-3 business day handling period.
Note: You will have the option to select your preferred delivery method at checkout at no additional cost.
Cancellations & Damages
- Cancellations: Free within 24 hours of order placement. Orders cancelled after shipping are subject to return freight costs.
- Damaged Items: Inspect the chair before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and contact us at info@redriverhaven.com within 24 hours.
