Fulfillment & Manufacturing Partners
As an Authorized Retailer for Infinity and Kyota massage chairs, we share your order details (Name, Shipping Address, and Phone Number) with our manufacturing and distribution partners (including Furniture For Life and its affiliates) solely to facilitate the direct shipment, warranty registration, and delivery of your product. These partners are contractually prohibited from using your personal data for any purpose other than fulfilling your specific order.
Freight & Logistics Providers
Because our products ship via specialized freight, your contact information is shared with LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) carriers to coordinate delivery appointments, obtain required signatures, and ensure safe curbside or white-glove delivery.
Payment Gateways
Certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways (e.g., Shop Pay, PayPal, Affirm) and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
